Meet Alison Crosby

Alison Crosby began studying piano at age 5 and quickly developed advanced skills, including competitive performance. Raised in West Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Texas Teaching Certificate from Abilene Christian University in 2002, followed by a Master of Music in Music Theory in 2007 while living in Oklahoma.

Crosby taught choir in Texas and Oklahoma, later teaching music theory at Sam Houston State University from 2008 to 2013. She also worked as a professional accompanist for Huntsville ISD and surrounding districts.

In 2018, Crosby opened her private music studio in Huntsville, Texas, teaching voice and piano lessons to students of all ages and experience levels. She is passionate about music literacy, healthy singing technique, and helping students build lifelong musical skills. Crosby teaches all genres of piano and voice, offering personalized lessons tailored to each student’s unique goals and abilities.
